Crafted in partnership with Stokes Tea & Coffee, the Major Stokes Blend is inspired by their celebrated Heritage Blend, a house favourite perfected over generations.

This distinctive coffee is a blend of the finest Arabica beans from Central and South America and carefully selected Robusta from Asia, bringing together balance, body, and boldness in every cup.

Each batch is expertly small-batch roasted in Lincoln by Stokes’ master roasters, who use traditional methods to draw out the unique characteristics of the beans. Each of the roasters standing, waiting and listening for the all-important "Crack" of the bean to know that it is ready to be drawn from the roaster and rapidly cooled to room temperature within 2 minutes of leaving the roaster. Once cooled, the perfectly roasted beans sit patiently, waiting to be packaged and delivered directly to your business or front door. From roasting to drinking within a couple of days to ensure freshness and the very best quality, every time. 

The result is a medium to dark roast that highlights deep, rounded flavours while retaining smoothness and clarity. A great all-rounder for however you prepare your coffee. Grind it fine for the perfect espresso through a machine or select a coarse grind for a cafetiere or French press. 

On the palate, you’ll discover:
